1. Service Overview
SLT Tow connects customers with drivers for vehicle towing, roadside assistance, and emergency services.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, be present at the pickup location, and ensure your vehicle is accessible. You must not submit false requests or use the platform for illegal activity.
3. Pricing and Payments
Prices are shown before you confirm. Charges may include a base fee, distance fee, and service fee. Payment must be completed based on the method you select.
4. Cancellations
Cancel before driver assignment and no charge applies. Cancel after assignment and a cancellation fee may apply.
5. Driver Role
Drivers are independent contractors. SLT Tow connects users with drivers but does not employ them.
6. Liability
SLT Tow is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or actions and damage caused by third parties. Use of the service is at your own risk.
7. Service Availability
Service depends on driver availability. A driver may not always be available in your area.
8. Account Suspension
We may suspend or block accounts for abuse of the platform, fraud, or suspicious activity.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and design belong to SLT Tow. You may not copy or reuse without permission.
10. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may terminate access if these terms are violated.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
